What Are My Child Custody Rights?

After being divorced for almost a year, my ex-husband is moving eight hours away from me and wants full custody of our 6 year old son. He’s harassing me with email messages, voice messages and text messages. I don’t know what to do and it’s making me physically ill. This week we are attending mediation, which needs to be done before we can go to court. I don’t expect any miracles to happen but we need to do this before the custody hearings start.
